Welcome to my site.  Evaluation is a way to learn what is going well and why.  It helps programs tell the story of their work and regularly reflect on how they are doing, including if they are serving the people they intend to serve; if their program needs modifications; and, if people’s lives are better as a result of the program.  Through evaluation and organizational reflection, we help improve programs and conditions for people, organizations and the environment.
